Angelfish

We encounter several types of angelfish on our shipwrecks.  Queen angels and French Angels are the two kinds we see the most.  They average about a foot long each, and exhibit brilliant shades of yellow, orange, and blue.

Angelfish feed on small organisms they find foraging around corals and plants.  Since Angelfish are very shy, they can be very difficult to photograph.  Scuba divers should  approach carefully to avoid scaring them away.  Good luck!
